a. In practical application, the smaller the distance between the CK850G idler and the CK850G track roller, the crawler crane will performs the better orientation.
b. In order to make the Kobelco CK850G idler function and extend its life span, the radial runout of the center hole should be less than or equal to 3MM.,and should correct alignment when installation.
c. Keep the CK850G idler assy alignment, if not, will leads to abnormal wear of other undercarriage parts.
