Quality introduction of Top Roller:
-Roller Body: Material is 50Mn to 42CrMo —hard wearing, so, that can extend the roller’s service life.
-Bushing: 100% fine cooper Bushing, instead of duplex metal. The thickness of bushing is 6mm-10mm.
-Floating seals: the size of Floating seals must 100% match the roller.
-The most important process is Hardening and Tempering, becasue if the rollers are not under Hardening and tempering,the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength will not be good, the roller will be slip easily.
