The lower roller for Hitachi CX500-2 which used for 50 ton crawler crane is heat treated, whole quenching and tempering. After quenching of wheel surface, the hardness required up to HRC 52-58 to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface. Quality can be guaranteed. We arrange following Quality Inspection for Hitachi CX500-2 track roller:
Chemical Composition, Mechanical Properties after HT, Metallography / Microstructure, Dimensional Accuracy, NDT Examination/LPI or MPI, NDT Examination/UT, Cutting / Sectioning

All lower rollers are with OEM quality roller body, bushing, shafts and pins.
