1. Details
The lower roller for KOBELCO 7650 which used for 650 ton crawler crane is heat treated, whole quenching and tempering. After quenching of wheel surface, the hardness required up to HRC 52-58 to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface. Quality can be guaranteed.

Chemical Composition, Mechanical Properties after HT, Metallography / Microstructure, Dimensional Accuracy, NDT Examination/LPI or MPI, NDT Examination/UT, Cutting / Sectioning
If any quality problems occur during the warranty time, we will ship the new one to you.
2. Package & Delivery
We packed the track roller into pallet which meet export standard. All parts will be delivery to Qingdao port. The surface is good after the upper rollers were received.
We have built a big warehouse about 3000m2. Most common crawler crane undercarriage parts are in stock.
