Material: 35SiMn, 31Mn2SiMo, 34Cr2Ni2Mo
Technology: Casting. For the KH230-3 tumbler take up, we will use the quenching and tempering, to harden its surface hardness. Through this process, the wear of KH230-3 idler will have longer service life.
Warranty: 2500 working hours
Color: Customized color is available. We usually make the undercarriage parts in black color, if you need other colors, just inform us and we could print it as your requirement.
As usually, the Hitachi KH230-3 idler is made of smooth surface, with the arm ring as the guiding function in the center, and the ring surface on both sides supports the track chain. In practical application, the distance between the Hitachi KH230-3 idler and the track roller smaller, the crawler crane will performs the better orientation.
