2. Introduction for KH230 Idler
The idler for crawler crane also can be called front idler, front wheel or guide wheel. The idler is mainly composed of wheel axle, guide wheel boards, guide wheel body and some standard parts (like: iron sets, cylindrical pin, bimetal bushings, bolts, springs, gasket, oil seal, float oil ring, O ring, etc).
KH230 idlers are used to lead the kh230 track shoe “walk” correctly direction, at the same time using the tensioning device making idler to adjust the crawler tensioning degree. So the idler is not only the guide wheel, also is the tension wheel.
