The Kobelco CK1600 idler assy was installed in the front of CK1600 crawler crane frame, it contains the Kobelco CK1600 idler body and spring. As the CK1600 machine is working and walking, the idler is in the front, the spring can also absorb the impact from the potholes on the front and reduce the wear and tear, avoid the abnormal wear of Kobelco CK1600 track plate.
4. Daily maintenance point
Hold the proper tensioning of CK1600 track shoes. If the CK1600 idler is tight, it will accelerat wear of its shaft and bushings, track plate and pin, leading to the elongation of Kobelco CK1600 track shoe pitch.
