a. Please let the CK1600 carrier roller in better lubrication condition. If issue oil leak, please overhaul and replace new floating seal and lubricating oil in time. If not repalce too long time, there would be a huge broken of this CK1600 carrier roller, and it would effect the normal using of CK1600 crawler crane.
b. Avoid CK1600 track pad slack. If slack and CK1600 machine are running, the carrier roller is much easier to broken its track pad. So let the machine don’t run normally.
