The lower roller for IHI CH2800 crawler crane is heat treated, whole quenching and tempering. After quenching of wheel surface, the hardness required up to HRC 52-58 to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface. Quality can be guaranteed.
Usually use material 40Mn2 to produce the track roller for you. If you need, we can issue the test report to you.
