The material we used to produce track roller is from 40Mn2 to 42CrMo, for Zoomlion QUY130 track roller, we use 40Mn2, same material as original Zoomlion Bottom Rollers. That will help reduce your maintain charges.

Technology for track rollers is forging. There are also factories produced as per casting, but the service life of forging ones is much better and stable.

2. Advantage for Zoomlion QUY130 Lower Roller:
a. Roller Body: Material is 40Mn2 —hard wearing, so, that can extend the roller’s service life.
b. Bushing: 100% fine cooper Bushing, instead of duplex metal(Iron and Cooper). The thickness of bushing is 6mm-10mm.
c. Pin: The material is 42Cr
d. Floating seals: the size of Floating seals must 100% match the roller. If not, the oil will spilling.
e. The most important process is Hardening and Tempering, if the rollers are not under Hardening and tempering, the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength and Tensile Strength will not be good, the roller will be slip easily.
