2. Production process
At the preliminary stage, we will make sand mold under the standard drawing of Kobelco BM750 track shoe. Then according to the mold, we start to cast, and start many main production steps, such as quenching, tempering, hardness&mechanical test and surface quenching. Every steps, our engineer monitor under the most strict standard. So our Kobelco BM750 track shoe can be up to the best quality for customers.
3. Maintenance notes
a. Not overload. The Kobelco BM750 machine does not allow for overload, if so, it will shorten the using life of BM750 track pad and even cause safety accidents.
b. Not load unbalance. If so, it will cause premature wear or damage of overload side Kobelco BM750 track pad.
