a. The pitch of Kobelco CKS2500 track shoe and sprocket is not reasonable. Every casting part has its error, if the errors are inconsiderate, cumulate error will cause the interference in the meshing of it and sprocket.
b. The poor casting process of CKS2500 track pad , its pin size tolerance can’t be controlled. If seriously error, leads to the pitch of track shoe largen, and don’t match to the pitch of sprocket.
